Eligibility for returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
